The word transformation has made a lot of people rich in the fitness arena.

But what the heck is transformation?

Webster defines it as: "a complete or major change in someone's or something's appearance, form, etc."

So transformation is a legitimate description for someone who changes their appearance through diet or exercise.

Webster defines restoration as: "the act or process of returning something to its original condition by repairing it, cleaning it, etc."

Let's face it, if we were born healthy our bodies, minds and sprit were in great condition.

We ruin our physical, mental and spiritual health by neglect or worse doing things that destroy the gift we were given at birth through poor nutrition, not exercising, not getting enough sleep and by negative thoughts, experiences, etc.

I think we need restoration not transformation.

Well you might be thinking, "Who cares John?"

I do!

The reason I care is because no one needs to transform into something new, it almost sounds impossible.

It know it means a major change but to me it reminds me of the Transformers movie. Which takes one thing and turns it into something different.

You don't want different, you want to take what you have and turn back the clock, heal and restore your body and your life.

I know it sounds like semantics but words have power.

In the future I will be talking about restoration not transformation and I would like you to join me.

Together lets start the restoration movement!

Lets help people to restore their bodies, minds and spirits!
