Trent Richardson Reaction To Trade: 'I Didn't See It Coming From Anywhere' (VIDEO)

'I Didn't See It Coming From Anywhere'

Trent Richardson didn't see this one coming.

Two games into his second season, the Cleveland Browns traded the No. 3 overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft to the Indianapolis Colts in exchange for a first-round draft pick. Not long after the trade was announced, Richardson told 19 Action News in Cleveland that he was "shocked" when he heard he had been dealt.

“I found out on the radio,” Richardson said. “You know it just hit me in the face. Like I can’t believe it. I didn’t see it coming from anywhere. I had good relationships with everybody. But I guess it’s the best move for the Browns. At the end of the day it’s the best move for both of us, I guess. You know I wanted to be a Brown. I didn’t see it coming, but at the same time, I’m a Colt now, so I’ve got to move on and get ready for Sunday’s game.”
