Troy Offensive Lineman Terrence Jones Can Squat 810 Pounds (VIDEO)

WATCH: College Football Player Squats 810 Pounds (!!!)

If he wants to squat any more weight, they might need to reinforce the bar first.

Here's Terrence Jones, an offensive lineman at Troy University, squatting an absurd 810 pounds. The weight-room juggernaut, originally from Huntsville, Ala., weights in at 320 pounds and stands 6 feet 3 inches tall.

As Jones hoists the bar off the stand, the ends flex noticeably downward, yet Jones completes the squat with what seems like relative ease. We aren't qualified to comment on his technique, so by virtue of weight alone, color us impressed.

Should you be curious, the world record for the heaviest squat reportedly belongs to Jonas Rantanen, who lifted 1,265 pounds in October 2011.
