U.S. FEDERAL APPEALS COURT TO HEAR ARGUMENTS ON TRUMP’S TRAVEL BAN Lawyers for the states of Washington and Minnesota and the Justice Department will argue whether President Donald Trump’s controversial executive order should remain shelved today.
