Blistering Report Suggests Ways To Fix Uber's Troubling Bro Culture

Months after a former employee shed light on Uber's problematic work culture, the company has released the results of an independent investigation into the allegations of discrimination and sexual harassment. The 13-page report contained several suggestions to improve the culture at the company. Uber's board, which includes former HuffPost editor-in-chief Arianna Huffington, voted unanimously to adopt all of the recommendations. Separately, Uber CEO Travis Kalanick announced his leave of absence to grieve the death of his mother.
