Vince Young Assault: QB Cited In Dallas Strip Club Fight (VIDEO)

Vince Young Suspected Of Strip Club Assault

Tennessee Titans quarterback Vince Young was issued a Class C assault citation in Dallas Sunday, CBS 11 reports. According to the web site's earlier reports, Young was the "prime suspect" in an altercation that left a victim suffering "bodily injury." The AP reports that no arrests are planned.

The incident is said to have occurred at a Dallas strip club early Sunday morning after a man at the club insulted the University of Texas, Young's alma mater.

Young was the third overall pick in the 2006 NFL Draft. He captured the AP's Offensive Rookie of the Year award after entering the NFL, and he won eight of ten starts in his most recent season.

It is also possible that Young may soon be retroactively awarded the 2005 Heisman Trophy, college football's highest honor, after original winner Reggie Bush was recently declared ineligible by the NCAA. The Heisman Trophy Trust could strip Bush of the award.
