Vivica A. Fox Says 'Desperate' Kenya Moore Gets 'Rewarded For Bad Behavior'

Vivica A. Fox has not gotten over her "Celebrity Apprentice" beef with "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kenya Moore.

The pair squabbled throughout the series, and Fox contends that Moore stole her cell phone during the show and sent out a tweet about menopause, which Moore has denied. Fox told HuffPost Live's Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani on Tuesday that she's known Moore "for a very long time," but the "Housewives" cast member is "absolutely nothing like" the woman she once knew.

"Desperate times call for desperate measures, and she's been rewarded for bad behavior. I think what happens [is] it's like an addict -- they keep pushing, keep pushing, and she lives scandal after scandal. That's how she gets down," Fox said when asked how Moore has changed. "Myself, I do the work. I have talent, and I'm glad I get to go back to doing movies, doing legitimate projects that I produce and star in."

When Modarressy-Tehrani asked if Fox thinks Moore has talent as well, Fox sat still for several seconds and said, "And there we have it. Silence is in the room."
