Walmart Strike: Send Us Your Photos On Black Friday

Help Us Record The Walmart Strike As It Happens

Walmart workers at 1,000 stores nationwide are planning strikes and protests this Friday, and we need your help seeing it all unfold.

The workers say they're protesting low wages, unsafe working conditions, and being forced to work on Thanksgiving as early as 8 p.m. The strikes are planned for Black Friday, which is traditionally both the busiest shopping day of the year and an occasion for anti-corporate activists to encourage Americans to buy nothing. Some shoppers are worried they won't be able to take advantage of savings, while others are cheering on the Walmart employees for taking a stand.

If you go to Walmart this Friday -- or if you are anywhere near one -- let us know what you see.

Send us your photos, videos and stories this Friday. Are there picket lines, crowds, or traffic jams outside Walmart? Show us what it looks like in your town, and help us record the day as it happens.

Tag your photos anywhere online with #walmartstrikers, or e-mail us at openreporting@huffingtonpost.com.

As always, thanks for your help.
