Home transformations are one of our favorite things to cover, particularly when the space started as something altogether different-- like this water tower house in Germany.
This amazing property, located in the town of Bad Segeberg, was turned into a residential space in 1997. According to World Prime Property, the home has seven floors, four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It also has an amazing spiral staircase and gourmet kitchen. Not to mention the lovely panoramic views and the short drive to the Baltic Sea.
And, this isn't the only water tower home in Germany. There's also one in the state of Brandenburg, and its historic past makes it just as interesting. We've also seen a similar house in Malibu, which proves that converting these structures is more common than one might imagine.
