Arianna appeared on CNBC's Squawk Box on Monday to discuss the importance of work-life balance.
She contends that having enough time to unwind, relax and sleep is the key to better job performance.
"If you look at the amount of sleep deprivation, exhaustion and burnout, you see your cognitive functions are not as alert," she said.
