92-Year-Old WWII Veteran Entrepreneur Shares Insights with Daughter and Next Generation | #TalkToMe

In this seven-part contribution to the #TalkToMe conversations happening, I reflect on life lessons which go all the way back to my early childhood in New York City during the Great Depression. I open up about the 27 missions I flew in a B-29 Bomber over Japan, somehow managing to survive WWII. From there, I soon transitioned into what would become a lifelong, entrepreneurial career, using what I had learned and the knowledge and insights that had been passed on to me.

I want to acknowledge that there are so many things I am grateful for, including having had the opportunity to share this dialogue with my daughter, Hillary Weintraub, and the way technology allows us to reach out to the next generation through efforts like this movement, using hashtags and platforms like Facebook and The Huffington Post.

Please, let us not forget as a society how much we can learn from our past to propel our futures in the right direction, and how critical it is to learn from each other. As someone who has truly, "been there, done that" with so many things in life, I hope you find value in what we discuss in these short videos. Each and every day is a gift. Learn what you can from others to better develop your own relationships and endeavors. It's my main mission in life now to pay it forward. If you enjoyed these videos, I ask you to consider sharing them.
