Labor Day and Why America (Still) Works

Labor Day isn't the most celebrated of holidays on our calendar. It was birthed out of a movement to honor and respect the hardworking Americans who laid the foundation of our nation in the late 19th Century. Today it has come to mean lots of things -- the end of summer, a three-day weekend and the best time to by a mattress or new car.

My company, Rebel Pilgrim Productions, in association with Run Improve Grow wanted to honor the hard working men and women of America this Labor Day. We made this short video featuring the artwork of renown photographer Michael Wilson.

To those on the frontline, we thank you for making America work.
