Stand tall with your chest up and a soft bend in the knees. Hold a pair of dumbbells at your side with your palms facing each other.

With your arms straight, raise the dumbbells out to the side until your arms reach shoulder height. Remember to keep your elbows above or level with your wrists.

Lower the weights under control to the starting position, pause, and repeat.
