Lie on the ground on one side of your body with your legs bent at about 90 degrees.
Extend your arms in front of you, in line with your shoulders, with your hands together.
Squeeze your knees together and press the bottom knee into the ground to prevent your lower body from moving. Rotate the top hand over your body in an arch and turn your torso at the same time. Your eyes should follow your top hand.
Move the top hand towards the ground as low as you can without moving your hips or having your knees leave the ground.
When you feel a stretch in your chest, hold the position for a second and return to the starting position.
With each repetition, you should be able to move your top shoulder and hand a little closer to the ground.
