Hold an EZ bar in front of your body with a medium grip and palms facing you. Stand tall with your chest up and your elbows at your side.

Curl the bar toward your shoulders, keeping your elbows in line with your body and trying to get the top of your hands as close to your shoulders as possible. Do not break your wrists while curling the bar.

Reverse the motion by lowering the bar under control until your arms are fully extended and palms face you again.

Pause and repeat.
