Q10 With Marianne Boesky

Each week, I will feature fascinating people from the world's of fashion, architecture, design, culinary, entertainment, and sports.

I choose this format as it provides you with an insider's peek into what motivates and makes them the influencers that they are.

This week, we're chatting with Marianne Boesky, owner of the Marianne Boesky Gallery in New York City.

1) Whom do you credit for inspiring you to be the person you are today?

Hands down my husband and my daughter. They are my ultimate barometer for
everything good and sweet in life and their existence keeps my workaholic
tendencies in check.

2) What is your favorite get-away-from-it-all destination?

Nantucket. My personal slice of heaven.

3) How do you define your personal style?

Quirky I guess. I prefer loose chic a la Rick Owens, Lanvin etc. But my
husband definitely prefers fitted and he also keeps me in amazing shoes I
would never buy for myself so I mix it up.
