Liven Up Dinner with These Three Simple Chicken Solutions

You've probably had a lot of chicken pass through your kitchen. You've also probably stood there staring listlessly at that package of chicken breasts, waiting for inspiration to strike. And you've probably all heard your family whine, "Chicken, again?"

Well, yes, chicken again because, grousing aside, it's simply one of the most well-liked and the most versatile proteins out there. And there's life beyond chicken nuggets, although you'll find a very simple recipe right here for making your own chicken fingers, a much more satisfactory alternative to anything found in your grocer's freezer.

Having a handful of great chicken (and some turkey) recipes at the ready gives you a money-in-the-bank kind of feeling, because chicken is undeniably one of the best common denominator dinners in terms of pleasing the most people at one time. While we've all been stuck in our chicken ruts, these recipes should break the "Chicken, again?" spell, at least for a while.
