I Predicted Romney's 47 Percent Gaffe

Romney might have avoided that costly "verbal" gaffe if he had only read The Huffington Post, where I forecasted his blunder of "putting his foot in his mouth" several weeks ago.

Predicts More Flubs in Debates and Obama Winning the Presidency

In the Mother Jones video released last Monday, Republican candidate Mitt Romney made a major gaffe in stating that 47 percent of Americans believe that they are victims, "entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you name it."

He went on to say, "My job is not to worry about those people... I'll never convince them they should take personal responsibility and care for their lives."

Romney might have avoided that costly "verbal" gaffe if he had only read The Huffington Post, where I forecasted his blunder of "putting his foot in his mouth" several weeks ago.

As a featured contributor for the Huffington Post, I predicted Romney's "gaffe" in this column on Aug. 27. I stated that his personal astrology portended more gaffes along with an "unexpected" disclosure on Romney that will further derail his bid for the Presidency. Here's what I wrote in that August 27 column:

WHAT HAPPENS TO ROMNEY:

  • "He leaves the convention on August 30th in great shape filled with enthusiasm and support."

  • "In mid-September through October, he has periods that favor his personality and ability to inspire his base. He will begin to enjoy a climb in popularity. Then, something disturbing occurs, during that same time: unexpected information comes out about him and some of his past associations that are not flattering."
  • "Both on the campaign stump and during the October debates, he makes some major "verbal gaffes" that get him into trouble and contradict his message. This results in upsetting his base and turning off independent' voters."
  • Romney's planetary aspects continue to get worse from mid-October until Nov. 6's Election Day. "Romney will encounter more upsets, frustrations and challenges. His Astrology chart shows the same debilitating planetary influences that brought him, upset, frustration and loss when he battled John McCain in 2008."

There's still time for Romney to discuss his astrological forecast with me here on The Huffington Post before he faces off with Barack Obama in the first presidential debate on Oct. 3.

My astrological prediction is: Obama wins the presidency.
