Illinois Is the WORST State for Nonprofit Agencies

According to a map put together by reddit user, bigafricanhat, using statistics from StateMaster.com, Illinois is apparently the WORST for nonprofit agencies. While this map in its entirety is pretty negative, we will have to agree with this infamous title. Since our state is in debt and unable to pay its bills, that means they also cannot pay nonprofits and government agencies, which many Illinoisans in need rely on for their assistance and services.
