"I don't have enough time to pursue my dreams or to even know what my dreams are." This is the number one complaint I hear when I ask people about pursuing their dreams. The fact is, most of us simply don't make the time and we fill our days with unfulfilling tasks and excuses instead.

The first thing we need to do is manage our time. The best way to do this is to find your passion. Passion is the ultimate time management tool. When you are doing something you love, time flies by. Things get done faster when you are passionate about the task at hand. We all have to do things that we don't love, but make a commitment to yourself to carve out 30 minutes each day for you. Your work can usually wait, but your soul can't.

How you live your life is reflected in the way you spend your time. Imagine coming to the end of your life and looking back and all you see are decades of to-do-lists -- your days a blur of unfulfilling tasks that didn't accomplish anything meaningful. Whether we like it or not the clock doesn't stop ticking, so we must live fully and with purpose every single day.

You have a choice. When you catch yourself doing something that doesn't serve you or your dreams, you can choose to change it. When you continually change your choices for the better, you can change your life!
