Wrong Clean Energy Will Further Destabilize Iraq, as a regional Iraqi leader says that the oncoming Turkish Ilisu hydroelectric dam, which will further cut water to that already politically fragile country, will dry up the livelihoods of nearly 30% of Iraq's people, reports Julia Harte (FD: my daughter) at National Geographic Newswatch.
