Marriage Lawsuits Keep Piling Up (VIDEO)

From coast to coast lawyers are going to have their hands full with marriage equality lawsuits for the next few weeks.

As a result, we could be looking at the sudden recognition of marriage in a slew of states very soon.

In Pennsylvania there are at least three separate lawsuits surrounding the state's marriage ban and the Montgomery County clerk who decided that he was no longer going to obey it. In New Mexico the state Supreme Court will consider the state's policy on marriage in late October. And there's a new lawsuit in Kentucky.

That's in addition to a special legislative session in Hawaii that starts on Oct. 28, a new public education campaign in Ohio, and a Native American tribe that just voted to begin recognizing marriage equality.
