Author and Psychologist, Michael Thompson, recently spoke with us about the tragic shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School. Of the many lessons to learn, Thompson says we need better mental health services, particularly for angry adolescent boys. Thompson also points to the weaknesses of the mental health system, where parents go to the police and are asked "has he done anything criminal" and are then turned away and go to the emergency room and are given pills and then turned away.
