Lately, every time I have a conversation with someone the topic of boundaries comes up. Most of the time it is because people feel they don't know how to say "NO" without feeling guilty or they are stuck in people-pleasing mode which leaves them totally ignoring what is right for their own lives. This pattern can leave a person feeling resentful, tired and frustrated due to the lack of time to focus on their own wants and needs versus what other people ask of them.
