Gratitude Mantra Practice (VIDEO)

So you know there's a great deal of evidence documenting the efficacy of a gratitude practice. But have you found one that works for you? Are you practicing gratitude every day?

Is there something about a good night's sleep that you're against? Perhaps you prefer to go through life feeling lonely and unhappy? Perhaps you champion the perks of a weakened immune system?
