This 4th generation German sausage-maker, from Otto's Sausage Kitchen, makes incredible styles of handmade sausages. I stopped in and filmed behind-the-scenes as they ground the meat, added a variety of spices, filled the casings, and smoked the sausages. Started in 1922, Otto's continues to be a favorite food-stop in southeast Portland.
