In the last 24 hours, America has learned a lot about Senator Marco Rubio of Florida, including that he parches easily and is selling his West Miami home to move his family to Washington, D.C.

The Internet was abuzz this morning with articles about the $650,000 price for his West Miami house. People searched for the online listing and then gawked at his backyard pool, noted the Poland Spring bottled water sitting out on the counter (brand loyalty), and speculated about his motives for moving. What nobody mentioned was his cute, adorable dog peeking out in one of the listing photos.

People critiqued his choice of paint color, questioned whether his neighborhood was really working class, and envied his trampoline, but nobody asked about the dog. So is Senator Rubio's furriest of friends a miniature poodle, a Lhasa Apso, or a Havanese? What is its name? Could this little dog be living in the White House in four years? Senator Rubio's office has yet to respond to our inquiries via Twitter.
