Sprint's EVO Sold Out

Sprint"s EVO Sold Out: While everyone is busy talking about the new iPhone, HTC's much anticipated EVO quietly sold out both at retail stores and online. However, Sprint and HTC are working hard to make the EVO available ASAP. 

RIAA Sues Again: The RIAA, the organization that represents the major recorded music companies, is seeking $1 Billion in damages from P2P hosting site Limewire. While the RIAA goes on the offensive, Limewire is trying to figure out a way to strike a deal with the labels. This won't end well. 

NYT Elevated Pulse: The New York Times is up in arms about Pulse, a new RSS reader for the iPad. The Times asked Apple to pull the Pulse reader from the app store, claiming that by charging $3.99, the Pulse app illegally profited from Times content. Apple promptly removed the app. However, hours later, the Pulse reader was back on sale at the app store. Curious.
