What to Pack if You're Traveling to a Zika Virus Zone

The mosquito-borne Zika Virus continues to spread across Central and South America, as well as Mexico. The biggest risk is to pregnant women, because the virus is believed to cause birth defects. But for those who aren't pregnant or trying to get pregnant, it can still cause a mild illness with fever, rash, joint pain, and conjunctivitis.

So if you're traveling to a Zika zone, you'll want to take steps to protect yourself from the virus. Here are some things you can pack to help prevent bug bites and, therefore, the Zika virus.
