Often times, people live in a constant state of past and future thoughts. In this state, you're only partially present to what's here now. It takes intention and effort to be fully present. What does it mean to be present, and how can one practice presence in the moment?
Presence is a state of pure awareness in the moment. It happens when you are no longer identified by the voice in your head that lives in past and future. If you want to deepen your intention of being present, combine them with mindfulness practices like yoga and meditation to help you anchor your attention in the here and now.
