A grudge is a Spiritual Knot. One Part of you wants to Hate and another Part of you wants to LOVE. What do you do? Do you continue to Hate or do you continue to LOVE?
I Want you think about about the person you got in the argument with. How long have you known this person? A year? 10 years?
Add up the days and then multiply the hours. So if you have known the person for 1 year you would take 365 days and multiply it by 24 hours. I want you to do this for a reason.
Sometimes we will go 10 years having fun with someone and then we will end a friendship based on one hour of fighting or a night of misunderstanding.
I want you to also decide how much longer you want this person in your life. Take the next 10 years and multiply it by 24 hours.
And ask yourself do you want this person in your life for this long of a period? If you said yes forgive them and move on and if you have no interest for them being in your life let them go and move on.
Be grateful for the times that you had, but also be grateful for the moments of LOVE that you will have in the future because of your decision.
How to let go of Grudges.
1. Add how many hours you have been friends with this person.
2. Add up how many hours the argument was.
3. Add up how many hours you have left on this Earth you think.
4. Ask yourself do you want this person in your life for the future?
5. Does the little amount of fighting add up to you ending the friendship?
Remember a Grudge is a Spiritual Knot so either way you decide, you will untie the knot and you can move on with your life.
