Easy & Delicious Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe That Will Wow Your Guests

Written by Ericka Souter on CafeMom's blog, The Stir.

If you are like me, when guests drop by, you always feel obligated to offer them a bite to eat. It doesn't have to be a fancy four-course meal, but something savory definitely hits the spot. My go-to dish is spinach artichoke dip. It's so good, everyone swears it comes from a restaurant.

This simple, six-ingredient recipe is a surefire crowd-pleaser and one of the easiest appetizers you'll ever make.

1 (10-ounce) box chopped spinach
1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan
1 cup mayonnaise
Garlic salt to taste

Heat oven to 350 F. Mix all the ingredients together and spoon into one large baking dish or several small ramekins. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread, carrots, or crackers.

Simple right? Wait until you taste it. Enjoy!
