Doesn't this piece, by the excellent Keith Olbermann, immediately disqualify Gen. Hayden?
I mean, forget the NSA spying, forget the fact that the C.I.A. was initially set up by Truman with a clear vision of being separate from the military, forget that Hayden looks eerily like the dad on That '70s Show, just watch the video.
Shouldn't the head of the Central Intelligence Agency either (a) know the constitution backwards and forwards or (b) admit he is ignorant on a subject instead of badgering on with the wrong facts?
Isn't his behavior indicative of the kind of arrogance and bad intelligence that got us to Iraq in the first place?
Oh great, now my phone's going to be bugged.
