Afraid that many young people like me might not be aware, I am writing to invite them to salute America's 1.8 million-plus "Forgotten Heroes" as our nation commemorates the 60th Anniversary of the Korean War Armistice Day on July 27.

Try whining to Mr. Lincoln about the ideological war between red and blue states. He might point out that the war between the Blue and the Gray involved real bullets and real blood, as well as a moral chasm.
