Superstar skier Stein Ericksen died Sunday at his home in Park City, Utah. He was 88. He won the gold medal for Giant Slalom in the 1952 Winter Olympics, held in his native, Norway. A few years later, in 1954, he took three golds in the World Championships in Sweden.
