Five Memphis police officers have been charged with second-degree murder after beating a 29-year-old Black man who later died from his injuries.
The police chief of Prince George’s County described the charges -- filed a day after the shooting -- against officer Michael Owen Jr. as "unprecedented."
Robert Wilson will spend the next 30 years behind bars.
