Gov. Schwarzenegger was hospitalized briefly overnight to have his heart rate checked, according to a spokeswoman from his office.
In a news release, Schwarzenegger's Press Secretary Margita Thompson said the governor experienced a rapid heartbeat while suffering from the stomach flu on Tuesday, and his doctor recommended he have it checked.
