Condoleezza Rice appeared on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace Sunday to talk about US foreign policy with North Korea. But Fox suffered from continual techinical difficulties, and kept losing Rice to static. Finally Chris Wallace ended the interview. As he did, Rice dissapeared again. Wallace declared with a smile, "I think we've lost her."
