Charlie also tells Mark the court papers request that Denise not be allowed to call him whenever she likes. "The third point would be that phone calls to the house would only take place in a medical emergency with one of the children," he says.

The actor doesn't hold back when asked to elaborate. "When I'm here with the girls, I don't need to be answering the phone 20 times a day," he says. "If there's a problem, I'll call."
