Rove repeated his attacks on Hillary Clinton, citing her negative ratings, and faced tough questioning from substitute host David Gregory on the legacy he will leave. Rove attempted to justify the White House's handling of Iraq by quoting Napoleon, saying "Your battle plan doesn't survive the first contact with the enemy."
