Sickened pals who leaked the picture claimed the warped rocker regularly gets the pet smashed.
They said it PASSES OUT with its paws in the air, suffers MOOD SWINGS and even thinks it can FLY.

This is animal cruelty , someone should do something serious about it .
My question is why.
Cat owners, we all have sat up at night for whatever reason, the cat’s in the room with us then suddenly kitty sees something you don’t. Bing bang boom three walls and the cats down the hall. Kitty comes returns with its back hair standing, rear paws moving faster than the front, tail all crooked and thrashing about.
Cats don’t need crack.

minutes" here.I have six and they all have their
different times of the day and night.Maybe they
see ghosts.
I remember when we lived in London and had our
weekend joint, our cat would join us in the
kitchen when we had the" munchies."Took us a
while to figure out that by only breathing in the
air,she was stoned.After that we closed the door.
It wasn't worth the risk to her health.
Can only imagine what damage this cat has
suffered already from having a crack pipe put
near it's face.The RSPCA should get a move
on to remove any and all animals from this
twerp's home asap.
