Hollywood superstar Matt Damon lashed out at both the Bush Administration and Tinseltown while visiting France to promote his latest spy flick, "The Bourne Ultimatum," according to French broadcaster RTL.

In interviews for the French glossies Paris Match and Telerama, Damon said "After Iraq, the Bush Administration disgusts me," RTL presenter Thierry Guerrier told listeners Wednesday. Damon also criticized the President's handling of Hurricane Katrina.

And the Oscar- and Golden-Globe winning actor took aim at Hollywood as well, implying that Tinseltown's one-track mind was too depressing for him to stomach.

"I refuse to live there because the only subject of conversation is movies, and it's sad to only have that to talk about that."

Damon owns a home in Miami and has an apartment in New York.

I completely agree with Matt. At present, there seems to be nothing more disgusting.

Matt - they disgusted me long before Iraq.

You're right; they're disgusting.

But this goes back through Ollie North all the way to Tricky Dick.

Believe it - amen.

Right on Matt. The Bush misadministration gives me the dry heaves. Beyond disgusting. In the end history will find him to be among the worst figures in all of history. He will burn in the deepest recess of hell along with all those who have aided and enabled him. I pray to God that he gets what he deserves.

How many are rich becuase of dead US troops ?

A Disgusting President who profits from death. And Democratic cowards who do NOTHING. Even more disgusting.

A question for you conservative mental cases: You deride Mr Damon for his remarks only because he's an actor. No logic there, but why should we expect logic from you all? Yet, you listen- devour, even- every fly-blown piece of bullshit uttered by your masters Limbaugh/Hannity/Coulter, et al, as if it were the inarguable truth, burned into tablets of stone by your sky-god.

Now I know that you believe these clowns on the Right to be individuals of marvelous perspicacity, sagacious in their insights, possessed with characters unimpeachable, and I wouldn't presume to try and convince you otherwise because life is far too short, and I have more important things to do right now, like roll one up, set fire to it, and watch the sunset, you dig? But what is about these jack-offs that you find so admirable? Perhaps you'd care to say. Thank you.

NYCIC ... what else can we expect from "wide-stance" Republicans Druggie Limbaugh who keeps the propellers spinning on the top of their heads?
