He didn't speak up when it would have counted, at the time these incidents supposedly occurred.

Since Kfed filed for custody two weeks after signing divorce papers giving him and Brit shared custody, I'm thinking that Kfed had been planning this all along.

Kfed and his attorney seem to know everything about this so called "secret" witness and in fact asked the judge that he not be identified but the judge said no, so he had to appear in court and give his testimony there.

So Kfed's plan was to pretend that he was o.k. with joint custody, and then of course two weeks later he filed for full custody knowing he had this guy as a "witness all along."

Why else would this body guard destroy any possibility of a future as a celebrity security guard, if he wasn't being compensated financially by someone to say this stuff about Britney.

His testimony is too perfect, he's hitting on every issue that pertains to child custody.

I'm not making excuses for Brit, but I don't believe this guy is telling the entire truth and I question his motives.

And I agree with JeffDeVore: Hollywood and NYC are full of cell-cam toting 'friends' who'll rat out their buddies just for entertainment...or an under-the-table payment from a stalkerazzi.
