The Salt Lake Tribune:

Crandall Canyon mine co-owner Robert Murray is threatening to sue a professor and an editor over what he claims were defamatory statements regarding his behavior in the wake of the mine collapse.

Murray took offense at an opinion piece written by Penn State University engineering professor R. Larry Grayson that appeared in The Salt Lake Tribune. It criticized Murray's "bombastic" performance in the news briefings immediately following the Aug. 6 disaster at the Crandall Canyon mine that killed six miners.

OH PLEASE SUE!!! It will show this man for what he is. A lying, cheating member of the friends of GW Bush. He will say anything, do anything to make a buck. He cares not a bit for his employees. He was using a closing processs that the Federal Govenment told him he could not use. His mine was too deep to be done safely. He did not caare. What is another token fine, it's the cost of business.

He doesn't appear to be a very bright guy. This won't go well for him. The owner of the mining company is on his way to digging a hole HE cannot get out of.

This is what is known as "Sham" litigation. It has little or no probability of success and is only used to threaten, intimidate and coerce. It is a common tactic for unscrupulous individuals who see absolutely nothing wrong with wasting valuable judicial resources for their own selfish purposes.

Murray should save his money. No jury that knew the meaning of the word "bombastic" would ever find the professor guilty of defamation. In fact, "bombastic" isn't even that insulting. I could think of a lot of words that are way worse ... and equally true.

Is this guy a long lost BUSH Brother?
He lies as good as G.W. Bush but is as sneaky as Neil Bush and as dumb as Marvin Bush and is as connected as Jeb Bush.
He must be one of the more rotten apples.
