The child was NAKED with her legs apart and showing her flower, stop the presses. We have to sieze this and investigate it further at the police station. It was siezed by polices because of "concerns it was child pornpgraphy". Concerns by whom?

Elton John is many things. He's a diva and can be a real bitch. He also has very good taste in art if not his wardrobe. One thing he is NOT is a pedophile. It probably never even occurred to him that this photo could be considered anything other than art.

The only issue that could be raised is if this photo is a work of child pornography regardless of who owned it. Sir Elton is gay, and this photo is of girls. He obviously cannot be condemned for anything other than the objective possession of a questionable piece.
