Publicly exposing a CIA operative is a FEDERAL offense, isn't it? If an average person did it they'd go to jail for a really long time. But typical a*****e neocons like him are above the law. She, her family and many of her sources could have been killed. If they were, could Novak and these others be prosecuted for being accomplices to a murder?
