Rosie To Martha: Hire Me, I Visited You In "The Clink"

Decked out as Queen Elizabeth, Rosie O'Donnell appeared on "Martha" today and reminded daytime viewers what they're missing with her no longer on "The View." After Martha alluded to offering her a job, Rosie shot back that she'd visited Martha in "the clink" and that she could hire her cheap, for her"'View' rate." According to Rosie, the two co-hosting would be "a pisser." Hilarious TV, especially for Martha's reaction to Rosie's remarks.

Rosie? Rosie is a sizzler. I love her? Why? She has stepped into her authentic self ( whether you like it or not) and has apparantly made the wonderful decision not to carry water for any media corp. This is to say that her life now has enough meaning for her that she won't sell her soul for a buck ( and she doesn't have to, kinda nice) and she is driven by a larger , more SPIRITUAL ( uh-huh, *that* word) desire. She uses her bully pulpit well.
Most of her peerage ( in that arena) are *INSIPID*. Rosie is politicized. This is excellent. Why? We live in a time when we as a country cannot afford the level of ignorance as a people ( or, self interest for that matter) which we have luxuriated in , previously. Rosie can work tommorow for any major channel. You kidding? They'd *jump*.

.........Rosie O' is an overblown,self-important harpie..... If you are not gay and if you dont buy into everything that comes out of her mouth then you are a homophobic,xenophobic idiot....according to her.....I didn't watch The View while she was on because it was not The View....it was "Rosies" View and in every conversation/discussion the 'if you aint gay,stay away' message came thru....whether openly or thru subtle insinuation. Case in point, I think Ryan Seacrest or some other gay celeb was on Regis & Kelly and during the conversation something was said that caused Seacrest or whomever to good naturedly put his hand over Kellys mouth to which she made the comment'I dont know where that hand has been' which was a JOKE.....Ms. O'Donnel jumped right on that as a homophobic remark and was demanding an apology......

I used to watch Rosies daytime show and it was quite good ...at times....but this was before she went on her 'all gay,all the time' jag........
....Rosie is a good commedienne.....can make them laugh as well or better than the best....she should stick to what she is good at....comedy....and let the sexual orientation part of her agenda speak for itself....


....some will see this as an attack on homosexuals or the gay community....it isnt...far from it.....I know quite a few gay people, they are all fine folks..... and almost all say that they wish Rosie would just shut up and do jokes.....to many of them Rosie is an embarrassment.......

Rosie was very good in view, the particular show cited her as out of countrol, is totally media manufactured, and then the story went off in tangents ! I happen to have the TV on that time, Elizabeth was the one, screaming with her annoying voice.
But one on one with Martha does not sound good. Marth speaks softly all throughout her show which has a calmimg effect in the morning.
Rosic should have her own show, she was successful once and still can now !

Rosie could've had Oprah-like media mogul status instead of becoming this Richard Simmons-like media buffoon. She had gold with that silly talk show that people actually liked, but she gave it up, Ellen took the gold and ran away, and now Rosie is out panhandling (and getting rejected) for game show host slots and playing wingman to Martha.

What is this hatred about Rosie? She has a very loyal following, does great charity work, is always a ratings grabber (not because she is controversial but entertaining), is politically active, has a great family and is incredibly honest! What is with all this stuff about her size...weird...
