What's so extraordinary about this? Makes sense to me, as long as you drink one beer after exercise, and not a 6-pack. Beer is nutritious, after all. It contains carbs, enzymes, some proteins, and no fat. Better than drinking a soda full of high fructose corn syrup, that's for sure.

This don't make no sense. Run a marathon, down a keg.... hard to get data on that research... they call it murder.
