Pakistan Lobbyists Congress

Politco:

The Pakistani government deployed a team of lobbyists to Capitol Hill on Monday to contain the fallout from the destabilizing actions by Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf, as congressional Democrats and the Bush administration sought a review of the country's foreign aid.

"The focus is on the Hill right now," said Mark Tavlarides, a former national security aide in the Clinton administration whose firm, Van Scoyoc Associates, is paid $55,000 a month from the Musharraf government -- a significant boost from the $40,000 the firm earned before July.

Pakistan's leader threw out Chief Justice Chaudry because the Supreme Court was on the verge of holding that President Musharraf was ineligible to hold the post as President although he had been recently re-elected by Parliament.

Musharraf is not popular with Muslin Radicals despite his September accord with tribal Chieftains in rural areas. Now these radicals are coming into urban areas. Secretary Rice is trying to broker a deal to install Bhutto.

Pakistan still wants his allowance of about 3 billion per year. Bush wants his allowance, too. The GOP sees the surgical strike on Iran as their salvation.

The value of the dollar is falling, the price of oil is going up, we are in debt, the middle class is disappearing, taxes are being cut, global warming is progressing, our constitutional rights are being curtailed, and record profits are being made by oil and oil service companies.

At least Dennis Kucinich has made the impeachment of Richard B. Cheney part of the Congressional record giving Nancy Pelosi 49 hours to get the Bill to the floor of the House.

Good time to contact Nancy Pelosi's office and tell her to bring the matter to the floor for a vote on the resolution. Sign Kucinich's Petition of you have not already done so or this country will be the next casualty. Your posts at HuffPo will be sitting in Cheney's office.

Remember to bring a fair amount of gold with you, and you should be set.

The base bribe-salary of every member of Congress these days is approximately $160,000 per person per day. So you need to make sure that you know what the price is, and that you can pay it, before you arrive.

Please make sure that you do NOT use "suitcases stuffed with cash"; that's SO 20th century. Simply obtain a list of bank-accounts and wire the money directly to them. The Republicans and Senators will verify that the deposit has been made, and then they will let you in.

(Caution: do not use American Dollars, because they're rapidly becoming worthless.)

Your tyrant will enjoy the full recognition and popularity of the American government provided that you do not run out of money.

However, be advised that it might not be advisable to ride on a military transport aircraft...

Musharraf is a hated dictator in an overwhelmingly fanatical Muslim country. The Taliban is now based in Pakistan. The USA helped Pakistan get the Bomb. Now,

Osama Bin Laden might end up running Pakistan!

The worst possible scenario: a nuclear armed Bin Laden.

Heck of a job, BushCo: Epic incompetence!

Is it impeachment time yet?

Just keep in mind that just last week, Bush was at the Heritage Foundation talking about how the Dems were weak on the terror threat and selling the success of the "surge". Meanwhile, all BS aside, WTF has he done to ensure our safety? By invading Iraq, he has destabilized the middle east region politically and economically. He has allowed OBL and the Taliban to regenerate in Pakistan, who have nuclear weapons.
Basically, he has managed to spend a trillion dollars to date (projection $2.4 trillion for ten years), F up everything he touched here and abroad and make us less safe. Can we afford to have him as the decider any longer?

KUCINICH IS RIGHT- BOTH CHENEY AND BUSH HAVE TO BE IMPEACHED OR TO QUOTE MINN. MIKE "WE ALL ALL DEAD".

Read this - the situation with both Pakistan and Turkey is degrading FAST! The instability caused by the Bush/Cheney swine herd overstaying their efforts in Iraq and the ever-increasing sabre-rattling towards Iran is really taking a toll.

Pakistan is very serious for one set of reasons and Turkey is just as serious for another.

What is the Bush/Cheney swine herd doing? Upping their meds and throwing their hands up!
