Her thighness must be stopped. Incidentally, I thought Billary was the brains of Clinton machine.
Having viewed the debate, I rather doubt it.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey of Election 2008 shows Arizona Senator John McCain (R) leading New York Senator Hillary Clinton (D) by just two percentage points, 47% to 45% (see crosstabs). While the "lead" is statistically insignificant, it"s the first time since May that McCain has had any advantage over Clinton.

Here is Obama's double talk on Social Security:

Sen. Obama claimed that Hillary said that all we need to do to solve the long term challenges in social security is return to fiscal responsibility:

So on social security for example, she has maintained, it appears, that if we just get our fiscal house in order that we can solve the problem of Social Security.
Actually, Hillary said that returning to fiscal responsibility is the first step. Then she would appoint a bi-partisan commission to address Social Security's long term challenges that would consider a variety of options:

"But I am strongly advocating a bipartisan process, similar to what we had in '83, and when that gets set up, as I hope it will be when I'm president, then I'm going to see what the bipartisan members are going to come up with."
This was an approach that, until very recently, Sen. Obama endorsed. Here's Sen. Obama in May:

Everything should be on the table. I think we should approach it the same way Tip O'Neill and Ronald Reagan did back in 1983. They came together. I don't want to lay out my preferences beforehand, but what I know is that Social Security is solvable. It is not as difficult a problem as we're going to have with Medicaid and Medicare.

Obama is asking for clinton's records whereas he is hiding his 8year illinois state records where he took all the money from lobbyists. He does not want us to know what he did for the past 8 years.

He is hypocrite whom the MSM does not want to investigate. You know why? MSM favours Guiliani and during the general election if Obama is the candidate they will simply destroy him.

Hillary is part of the 40 year battle over Vietnam. The pro-Nam people gave us people like Bush and Cheney,"To restore respect," and the anti-Nam people gave us people like the Clintons, "To keep those military bastards from doing it again." I was in the latter, but I think Obama has a point that our generation is divisive by the Vietnam legacy, and it's time for another generation who doesn't carry this "which side were you on?" baggage to lead. I'm not saying Obama's the right person, but only that the division in this country comes from an open wound that our generation will never let heal.

The Stop Hillary Movement is growing and growing... soon, this Movement will be so strong that no one will be able to stop it. Soon, the Stop Hillary Movement will make its presence felt in the Democratic Parties of all 50 states... it will rise up, from the grassroots, and grow stronger and stronger and stronger until ALL Democratic voters, in all the states -- especially early PRIMARY states -- know about the necessity of stopping Hillary from receiving the Democratic nomination.

Then, when the Stop Hillary Movement increases in power and is present in EVERY STATE, the Stop Hillary Movement will DEMAND that Hillary Clinton NOT be given the Democratic Party's nomination. People from ALL backgrounds -- white, black, Hispanic, labor, government, academia, the green movement, even business -- will unite and combine their forces, and will push harder and harder all over the country to STOP HILLARY CLINTON from becoming the Democratic nominee.

When this happens, Hillary is bound to fail. Her campaign will misfire in state after state, her speeches will be received in a lukewarm manner, and her campaign ploys and calculations will backfire... Her campaign will self-destruct, crushed under its own weight!

When her campaign fails and falls into complete and utter disarray, the combined forces of John Edwards and Barack Obama will unite to create a new Power in the Demcoratic Party, all across the nation -- and will receive strong support from the vast anti-war movement and all Americans who want true universal health care, a better economy, more investment in PEOPLE, better consumer protections, and CHANGE!!

Nothing can stop the STOP-HILLARY MOVEMENT, fighting for the freedom of the Democratic voter to make up his or her own minds in an independent, progressive manner! Nothing can stop this growing movement from becoming more POWERFUL and crushing the failing, miserable, disorganized, and corrupt Hillary Clinton campaign!!

STOP HILLARY NOW -- OUR MOVEMENT IS GROWING!!!

The scariest part of this is who's ahead in the Republican field! If this guy is nominated and the Dems don't nominate someone palatable to the NASCAR crowd (and whether you like that mentality or not, those people still vote, so don't discount them) ROMNEY will win. He's even worse than what we already have! We'd be doomed for sure!

While there has been lots of news coverage about Billary Clinton's debate double speak about driver's licenses for illegal"s, who come to this country, no one has focused on her response to questions about reforming social security. She said she has a plan to save social security; however, she will not tell the American public what her plan is until after she is elected President. The last time some one running for president had a secret plan, (to end the Vietnam war)it was Richard Nixon. So now we have Billary Clinton copying tactics espoused by the only President forced to resign instead of being impeached. Does she really think the public is so stupid that it will fall for her secret plan? It is time for the liberal media to be objective about her statements and stop giving her a pass on her statements. Smart democrats should dump her because their party will lose the White house in 08, if she is the Democrat candidate. They should realize that Billary Clinton has the highest number of people who will never vote for her. Her negative polling is 45 to 50 percent, which is a historical record for any Presidential candidate. Also her husband was elected 2 times with less than 50 percent of the vote.
Wake up and smell the coffee Democrats or you will spend another 4 years in the political wilderness. Do you really want to spend another 4 years debating the meaning of the word is? The Republicans will have a field day with her past scandals. The only reason her and her husband, of convenience, are not convicted felons is that they consistently used the phrase "I can't recall" more times than anyone can count, whenever asked tough questions during those scandal investigations. Pretty amazing that they couldn"t remember anything, especially when they credit themselves with being the smartest couple in the world. They will only get away with being the smartest couple in the world if everyone else can't recall all of their scandals like renting out the Lincoln bedroom for 50k per nite.

IF JOHNCT IS STILL ON HERE I CAN'T FIND THE THREAD WE WERE CONVERSING ON. I WOULD LIKE TO APOLOGIZE. IN MY ZEAL TO CONDEMN ALL POLITICIANS I HAVE EFFECTIVELY REWROTE HISTORY AND DONE AWAY WITH 50 YEARS OF DEMOCRATIC LEGISLATURE. MAYBE IF I WERE MORE CONCERNED WITH REASONED THOUGHTFUL ARGUMENTS I MIGHT HAVE THOUGHT BEFORE SPEAKING AND SEEN YOUR SIDE SOONER. I ASK FORGIVENESS AND AM HUMBLED. INDEED WE LEARN LESSONS EVERYDAY. SOMETIMES THE HARD WAY.

Arianna, Arianna -- who writes your headlines? Literally true, in this case, but sort of avoiding the point that Clinton still has a 14 (or 11) point lead; and also that these polls were in New Hampshire (not national).
